Flexibility, superb planning, frequent communication, and respect – these are all elements that underpin our success with retirement villages and aged-care developments. Some of New Zealand’s largest aged-care organisations have trusted us with their projects. These include Bupa New Zealand, Qestral Corporation, Oceania, and Radius Care, for instance.

Back in 2018/19 Mike Greer Commercial managed the build of our five residential houses at Clare House Retirement Village in Invercargill. They were straight forward to work with and resolved all the issues to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

The projects have ranged from small retirement villages to large complexes with multiple buildings. In every case, we’ve taken time at the outset to understand the concepts and objectives and, where a project has required us to work in a live environment, we’ve made sure to understand the day-to-day comings and goings of the organisation to minimise disruption.
