Contract works included 51 new villas, a community centre and a blokes shed for residents use and enjoyment.

Bupa Windsor Park Retirement Village is located in the rural township of Gore in Southland. The village is set amongst greenery and wide-open spaces.

All villas contained a well designed modern kitchen with open plan living, quality fixtures and double glazed windows.

The large community lounge and library offers residents somewhere to relax with their neighbours, family, and friends.
