Landscape Road

We are building 12 apartments in a three-level walk-up building with car parking for this Kāinga Ora project. When complete, the 1012 sqm site will provide eight one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units.

Our brief included delivery of all civil engineering works including earthworks, site preparation, internal road, driveways, services and utilities, landscaping, upgrades to public services and general site works. The project also includes hard and soft landscaping.

The homes are being built concurrently to the highest Homestar rating. They will use significantly less energy and water, and have less moisture or condensation issues, making them healthier to live in and more affordable to run. As a result, higher-performing building products are required for insulation (walls, concrete slab, and ceiling), windows, ventilation, and water efficiency.
