Castor Crescent

As the main contractor for this Kāinga Ora project, we constructed 33 two-storey houses at Cannons Creek, Porirua. This project, sometimes called ‘Castor Loop’, is part of a three-lot development within the eastern Porirua Regeneration Programme which is revitalising the area with new housing, parks and neighbourhood facilities. Our work included soft and hard landscaping.

This project comprised the construction of four five-bedroom houses, six two-bedroom duplexes, two four-bedroom houses, eight one-bedroom units, ten two-bedroom duplexes, two four-bedroom houses, and one five-bedroom house.

It included civil engineering works such as earthworks, site preparation, internal roads, driveways, landscaping, connections to utilities and services within the house sites, as well as upgrades to public services.
