We have teamed up with Urban Plus Limited!

On Friday 28 May, we were invited to attend the site blessing and site opening of Takai Here Tangata. It was an amazing and unreal experience for our team and being able to meet Local Mayor, Campbell Barry and local MP's alongside Maori dignitaries was a privilege.

Takai Here Tāngata is the first housing development driven by an innovative housing partnership between Hutt City Council, Kahungungu Whanau Services, Te Rūnanganui o Te Āti Awa, and Council-controlled organisation Urban Plus Limited. They have the collective goal of putting more people into housing permanency.

We are honoured to be the builders for this project and we have already kicked off construction!
