A look back on 'Moroki' so far

Take a look at some of our timelapse images of Moroki. So far, the three apartment blocks are weathertight, the solar panels are on and the NZSIP Smart Panels are up.

Homestar 7 has now been confirmed for these apartment blocks.

This development is providing 50 new rental homes, including one, two, and three-bedroom options set amongst native planting and a shared landscaped courtyard with gardens and a barbeque area. This project features a number of initiatives to reduce energy and increase resident comfort.
